Welcome to the Teebox onboarding experience for your team.
We're here to help your partnership program become the effective, stress-free, and scalable revenue stream it was always destined to be.
Teebox (beta) is FREE to join. We make our money when you leverage it to build your CRM database and win business. Please note, all company profiles are subject to review before being published.
Before we get started here's a brief heads up on what you've just gotten yourself into...
1) Epic Results
Teebox exists to drive perfect incentive alignment between your company, your partners, and their sales teams. The end result? An epic sales experience for the customer that leads to faster close times, higher deal sizes, and stronger retention rates for you.
2) Personalized Support
We're leveraging everything we know about building great user experiences and focusing those insights like a laser beam on every aspect of Teebox to make sure your partnership experiences are top-notch from day one. We won't rest until you've told everyone you know about how great Teebox is (and even then... we'll probably be hooked on the dopamine). But... this is all very new, so if something doesn't quite work as expected, please let us know. We'll get it addressed.
3) Accountable Execution
At the heart of every great business decision is accountability. Accountability to the vision; accountability to the metrics; accountability to the expectations that were set; accountability to the best interests of the stakeholders. At Teebox, when we execute, we make sure we're accountable to you every step of the way.
NOTE: by scrolling past this point, you - - an employee of , assume non-disclosure until Teebox has publicly launched. Meaning, we do not want you sharing anything about this launch plan with anyone other than employees. Discretion is key. Thank you for understanding.

Here's the Launch Plan

Get your company profile created. (DUE by 8/31/24)
This will be a collaborative effort between you and us. The first thing you can do is complete the onboarding form (listed below) ASAP. We will then follow up with next steps. -
Get your products and offers created. (DUE by 8/31/24)
This will be a collaborative effort between you and us. The first thing you can do is complete the onboarding form (listed below) ASAP. We will then follow up with next steps. -
Provide a list of contacts you have for each ecosystem. (DUE by 6/30/24)
For our public launch plan, we will be coordinating a multi-invite approach to make sure sales reps are invited from recognizable partners throughout the first week of Q4. We do not want to cross the line into "spammy" territory by allowing every partner to invite everyone on their list. You will have the opportunity to directly communicate with sales reps after initial launch, but until then, we ask that you cooperate with us on this effort. Coordinating invites will be critical to making a great first impression on all those amazing reps! -
Acknowledge and sign Teebox agreements. (DUE by 7/31/24)
We will provide a terms of service agreement, a privacy policy, and an acknowledgement of invoice. The terms of service agreement and privacy policy are pretty standard documents. The acknowledgement of invoice is a document that essentially states that you:
a) are authorized to commit your company to pay invoices from vendors;
b) recognize Teebox as an official vendor for ;
c) agree to process invoices from Teebox per your company's standard invoice payment process;
d) will honor your commitment-to-pay for "Accepted Leads" and "Closed-Won Commissions" as captured by Teebox.
Without these documents in place, will not be included in the public launch. -
Get your CRM connected to Teebox. (DUE by 7/31/24)
We will reach out to you once we're ready to discuss the integration process. This will be primarily our effort, with a little assistance from your team for authentication purposes. -
Configure logic between your CRM and Teebox. (DUE by 8/31/24)
Each CRM configuration brings its own flavor. We will collaborate with you to make sure Teebox and your CRM are both leveraging the right information in the correct way. We will look at pipeline stages, deal assignment, close date, deal amount, record IDs, etc. -
Teebox sends invites to reps on your behalf during the first week of October '24. (DUE by 10/1/24)
After the first week of October has passed, and all of our coordinated invite messages have been sent via Teebox on your behalf, you and your team are free to begin any direct outreach campaigns you see fit. Remember, these reps are trusted advisors for the clients you want, so don't abuse your power.
